How do I pay?
Billing is not open yet. You can download and install the app today. When billing opens you will be able to pay online in rupees, and this page will say how.
What counts as a company?
Each company you keep in Tally and add to Extolly. Each one gets its own dashboard, bills and reports.
I have more than three companies.
Write to support@extolly.com and tell us how many. Accountants who look after many businesses are welcome too.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. The refund and cancellation policy says what happens to the month you have paid for.
Do I need a TallyPrime licence?
You need your own TallyPrime, yes. Extolly works beside it and does not replace it.
Is opening my books on my phone included?
Opening your books on a phone arrives with Extolly cloud, which is not open yet. This page will be updated when it is.
What if it is not for me?
Uninstall it. Tally is exactly as it was, and every bill you made through Extolly is still there as an ordinary Tally entry.
