How you get Extolly
Extolly for Tally is delivered as a download from this website. You can download the installer at any time from the download page. There is no physical product, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address.
When your plan starts
Billing is not open yet. Once it is, your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes, and a confirmation and your invoice are sent to your email address.
If something does not arrive
- The download will not start or will not finish. Try again on a steady connection, or in another browser. If it still fails, write to us.
- You paid but your plan has not started. Wait an hour, in case your bank is slow to confirm. Then write to us with the payment reference and we will start it by hand.
- The confirmation email has not come. Look in your spam folder, then write to us.
